1. In lieu of cutting an opening for Door 79 in the existing concrete panel as previously
detailed, remove panel indicated. Provide 1 layer GB on 7/8" furring channels at CMU.
At azeas of removed panels, patch the existing floor and ceiling to match existing.
Refer to Drawing CL3.3. $ 2,568.70
3. North Bridge shall be detailed as shown on previously released Structural Drawings
20082, 70482, 706, 707, 708 dated 6-11-99, and Sheet M1.2 dated 5-5-99. 20,281.83
4. Sheet A7.1, Sheet E2.1: Revise reflected ceiling plan at Court 2 and locations of
lighting fixtures as shown on Drawing CL17 and re-issued Sheet E2.2. Type C1 & C2
fixtures aze switched in two ways: three-way switch designated "CS" controlling one
single lamp ballast in all fixtures, and switches designated "CN2" and "CS2" controlling
two lamp ballast in fixtures divided into north and south groups, as shown on Sheet
E2.2. Eight light fixtures shall be wired to nearest convenience outlet to funcfion as
nightlight; refer to Sheet E2.2. (787.15)
5. Changes per issued CL Drawings, as follows:
CL8: Add GB partition in Elec room to accommodate security plumbing piping.
Relocate Door 49.
CL12: Relocate wall at drinking fountain to accommodate existing plumbing pipe
penetration.
CL13: Reco~gure F Hold cell to accommodate security plumbing piping.
CL15: Revise chase wall at Men2/Women 2 to accommodate plumbing piping.
CL16: Revise chase wall at Tlt 1{Judge 1 to accommodate plumbing piping. 1,422.52
b. Concrete beams at east side shall be modified as shown on Eng. Wunderlich's
drawing dated 7-19-99, to accommodate piping penetrations and addition of
handicapped ramp at east side Ex Lobby. 7.910.75

Level outside Ex Lobby are hereby revised per attached List of Structural Revisions (7-

3. Due to specified R-13 insulation not currently being available, Contractor proposes
to substitute R-11 insulation. Provide Architect with cost savings. 94.00

1. Sheet E1.2: Additional conduit consisting of 3/4" conduit shall be required for
communication and security devices at the following locations: Judge's Benches 1 & 2,
Bailiff 1(south wall) & 2(northeast comer), C Coord(northeast comer), Sec(southeast
comer) and Dist Clerk(7' AFF on west wall, east of Door X01 - 1" conduit). Head-End
Panel shall be on the east wall north end, approximately 4' AFF; it may require 1"
conduit from chase if not accessible. Sound system j-boxes shall be provided at Bench
1 & Bench 2. Judge's Bench 2 wall is closed and will require flex conduit be fished
down through stud space; if not possible expose wire-mold in Vest 3. Refer to
Drawings CL19 & CL20. $ 3,297.45
2. Reinforcing laps at Beam 1Q 11, & 12 shall be as shown by Contractor's sketch of
8-9-99, with the addition of one #9x20'-0" over support at horizontal offset between
Beam 10 & 11, and by cutting off one #9 rebaz at offset. One #9x20'-0" and two
#9x27-5" shall also be added at top over support between Beam 11 & 12. 79.84

4. Per Kerrville Telephone Co., a 17"x30"x26" ground box shall be added neaz existing
telephone pole at North Bridge, and a 24"x36"x12" junction box shall be added to
existing telephone junction box located at Lower Level. Refer to drawing CL22 &
CL23, and CDR Systems information sheets. Conduit servicing two existing street
lights shall be routed underground north of retaining wall and does not require new
junction boxes. 7.176.73

1. Sheet A4.1: The following information is provided to clarify various items on
the Door Schedule. "Security" shall mean same as "detention" as intended in
original Contract Documents.
Door 16: Provide new 12 gauge security door and frame, with Folger Adam
type detention lock to match existing.
Door 21: Reuse existing security door, frame, and hazdwaze from existing
south end bridge.
Door 22: Hollow metal door and frame as scheduled; provide shrouded
keypad and magnet lock, with sepazate keyswitch override control.
Door 33: Hollow metal door and frame as scheduled; provide heavy duty
cylinder deadbolt lock with push/pulls.
Door 35: Provide new 12 gauge security door and frame, with Folger Adam
type detention lock to match existing.
Door 36: Hollow metal door and frame as scheduled; provide hazdwaze as
submitted by Wesley-Thompson on 4-19-99.
Doors 62, 63: Hollow metal door and frame as scheduled; provide shrouded
keypad and magnet lock, with sepazate keyswitch override
control. Provide closer and kick plates.
Doors X14, X15: Existing door, frame, and hazdwaze to be refurbished.
Doors X18, X19: Existing door, frame, and hardware to be refurbished.
Doors ]6, 21, 35,X14, X15, X18, and X19 shall be keyed alike. Doors 21, 35,
X14, X15, and X18 shall be tied in to fire alarm system with one minute delay
