Properties shall not be used to dump garbage nor shall garbage be burned on property. 10. Residential homes must be completed ten (10) months after construction begins. 11. No obnoxious or offensive activity eliall be conducted on or maintained on any tract. 12. The discharge of firearms of hunting will not be allowed on pr~~perty. 13. All septic systems shall be installed per state specifications. No sewer drains shall be in ditches or be visible. No offensive odors shall be permitted. 14.
