The terms of the current Directors of the Kerr Central Appraisal District will expire or.
December 31, 1999. This letter is your official ballot for this election. The following
persons have been nominated by the voting entities.

No nominations were received by Divide School District, Center Point School District, or
the City of Ingram. There are five vacancies with a total of 5,000 votes. The top five
vote receivers will be elected to the Kerr CAD Board of Directors for a two year term.
The Kerr County Commisioner's Court has 932.0 available votes.
Each voting entity can use their total available votes for one or more candidates at their
discretion. Your votes must be cast by resolution and ballots must be returned to the
Kerr Central Appraisal District by December 23, 1999. The chief appraiser will then
notify the entities of the outcome.
