THIS NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN
MEETINGS ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE AND
TITLE 5, CHAPTER 552, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 A.M., Wednesday,
December 22, 1999, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the Commissioners'
Courtroom.

during discussion on that specific item. In order to expedite the flow of business
and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Judge may impose a
three (3) minute limitation on any person addressing the court.
