I was asked to prepaze the cost estimates for pazking at the Courthouse. The numbers below are estimates taken
from the numbers given to me by the Building Maintenance Supervisor:
1. Small Pazking Lot

• The area to be confirmed by the County Road Engineer and Building Maintenance Supervisor.
• Project to be paid from Special Project funding for the project called Evans Road ($35,000).
• Striping is not included in the cost estimates. Building maintenance should decide wh their needs are and
coordinate with a contractor of their choice. Funding from Evans Road project (1 13-586).
• Timing concerns aze; existing construction; heavy equipment turning on drive area; and paving to be
done on weekends (overtime funds are listed in price list, regular time ' not).
• County Engineer to coordinate the project.
