fte: Request for Heavy-duty printer
This request for a heavy-duty printer comes as the result of a long
and fr-~astr•ating battle with printers that simply aren't adequate for
the type and volume of printing r•equir•ed by the functions of this
office. Often we find it necessary to halt the work of the auditor's
office in order to print checks and numerous reports on their pr'inter'
because o~ar• prinL-er• is having a "bad day".
Rfter about three printers, hundreds of ribbons and many wasted
man-hour's, we asked our auditor-, Tommy Tomlinson, to find a s~ai.table
printer for us. He has found an Okidata printer which he thinks will
work but the cost exceeds the budgeted amount by ~'350.~Z70.
Your consideration of our request to transfer the funds to cover this
deficit is gr^eatly appr^eciated.
