Requesting change due to Experience and Knowledge of Applicant- Utility Maintenance-
Custodian
12/1 - $17,092.
FICA - $ 1,308.
Ret. - 1306.
$19,706.
Annual Salary
The additional funds for this change will come from Adult and Juvenile Probation Janitorial
Budget Line Items which amount to $3,000.00. This is allocated for Custodial services which are
currently expended by contract to outside cleaning services. This change will give Kerr County
Maintenance more control of quality of work performed. Mr. Tomlinson has indicated that this
is acceptable to him as long as cleaning is preformed at least twice a week. This change will not
automatically impact next year's budget due to the elimination of Custodial & Janitorial for the
rental properly currently occupied by the Probation Department.
