I've 12 been informed by the County Clerk that the figures have been 13 corrected in the book to reflect the official tally. At 14 this time, I would entertain a motion to accept as true and 15 accurate the canvass of votes from the November 7th, 2000 16 election. 17 COMMISSIONER GRIFFIN: So moved. 18 COMMISSIONER WILLIAMS: Second. 19 JUDGE HENNEKE: Moved by Commissioner 20 Griffin, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, (sic) that the 21 Court accept the canvass of votes from the November 7th, 22 2000 election reported by the County Clerk as a true and 23 correct tally of the votes. Any further comments? 24 COMMISSIONER BALDWIN: I'd like for the 25 record to reflect that that was Commissioner Williams that 5 1 seconded the motion. I think it's a big deal. This is 2 Bill, this is Buster. 3 COMMISSIONER WILLIAMS: That's one, this is 4 two. 5 (Laughter.) 6 JUDGE HENNEKE: Any further questions or 7 comments from the peanut gallery?
