It's 9 o'clock a.m. on January 1st, 2001. I got that right for the first time. And we'd like to welcome you all to this special meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners Court. It's always a pleasure to gather on the first day of a new year to officially swear in the new elected officials and put them in a position to officially and faithfully conduct the business of the people of Kerr County, and we appreciate your attendance to mark this celebration with us. At this time, if you would stand and join me in a word of prayer, to be followed by the pledge of allegiance. (Prayer and pledge of allegiance.) JUDGE HENNEKE: Thank you. First order of business is to approve the bonds of Commissioners-elect. Ms. Pieper, our Kerr County Clerk, are the bonds in order? MS. PIEPER: Yes, sir, they are.
