APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF PRIVILEGE CREEK RANCHES

On this the 8th day of January 2001, upon motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Griffin, the 
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, the final plat
of Privilege Creek Ranches, Precinct #3, subject to the extensionof
Turkey Knob Road in the southeast corner to serve Lots 9, 11, & 8 and authorize the County 
Judge to sign the final plat upon recommendation by the County Engineer.
