UNIVERSE LICENSES FOR THE COMPUTER SYSTEM

On this the 12th day of January 2001 upon motion made 
By Commssioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, the purchase of eight
additonal Universe Licenses for the computer system.

Subject: Agenda item on 01-12-01 concerning purchase of universe license.
We purchased five licenses in 1999-2000 to make a total of 69. We have continued to
add users to the system since that purchase. It has come to the point again that users are
not able to log to the system. This occurs on a daily basis. The cost is approximately
$500 each
