June 2000 SUMMARY Maintains county jail buildings and grounds; ensures all necessary repairs are made; orders necessary equipment and supplies for maintenance work; custodial and grounds work; supervises trustees and inmates by performing the following. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. This list is intended to be illustrative and does not represent an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities listed. Courthouse & Related Buildings current budget has a open position which is a 9/1 that pays $14,739.00 annually, I also have $7,500.00 remaining in the Jail Maintenance Salary line item. I am requesting these two line items be incorporated and a new position of 12/1 be placed in the Jail Maintenance budget, which is $17,092.00 annually. These changes will not change my total salary line items or benefit lines for this year or impact next years budgets relative to salaries.
