Re: Request permit for installation of water piping in the Verde Park Blvd. right of-way,
Verde Park Estates I, Kerr County, Texas.
Dear Mr. Johnston:

Wiedenfeld Water Works, Incorporated (WWW, Inc.) request use of the alene
described right of way for the placement of a 6" PVC, C-900, water line fY~om the Well•Site
west, across Verde Park Blvd., then south along lots 32 through 27. Encroachments into
the right of-way should not exceed 3 feet, if center of the lroad is center of the right of way.
I will attempt to place the new water line inside property easements where possible on lots
27 through 30 (see attached map). As you can see, most of the existing 3"PVC line is
currently in the right of-way. I intend to deepen or replace as much of this line as
possible, since its' continued use is necessary.
Additionally, I desire placing the water lines to a depth where top of the piping is
24" below existing grade. Thus, I request a variance to the county requirements requiring
deeper depths. Placement of these water lines will involve a rock saw for the trenching.
Thls size of equipment in the local area is unavailable 1n the next 3 to 8 weeks for which
this job is planned.
