To request Court to approve payment of $ 1564.00 plus int. on said amount of $54.74 for a
total payment of $ 1618.74 to Barbara Jane White as interest lost on $105,523.72 failed to be
deposited on May 1, 2000 as ordered by the Court.
Amount was deposited on Oct 1, 2000 and withdrawn on Oct 13, 2000 per order of the Court.
County to be reimbursed the amount less $1000.00 deductible by Mission Claims, carrier of
District Clerk's errors and omissions insurance.
