On this the 12th day of February 2001, upon motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the court
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept the request from
the Kerr County Fair Assn to place a portable building on the Exhibition Center
Property to house Fair Association supplies

Kerr County Fair Assn. has requested of Kerr County space on the Hill
Country Youth Exhibition Center property to place a 16' X 16' portable
building that will house supplies for their annual Kerr County Fair.
The Kerr County Fair Assn. has promised to keep the building in good
repair, and is also willing to place it wherever they are instructed.
