ORDER NO. 26880 REVISION TO THE KERR COUNTY PERSONNEL POLICY On this the 12th day of February 2001, upon motion made by Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Letz, the court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to discuss revision to the Kerr County Personnel Policies to (a) require annual Employee Performance Reviews for all employees who work for Commissioner Court or in County Departments not directed by elected officials or perons not appointed by the Commissioners' court including Road and Bridge Dept., Animal control Dept., and Facilitiees Use and Maintenance Dept. Said Performance review(s) to by completed by Jan. 31st of each year. The County treasurer will be provieded with copies of reviews for inclusion in employee personnel files; and (b) recommended and encourage other Kerr County elected officials to do likewise for employees in their Department.
