On this the 12th day of February 2001, upon motion made by
Commissioenr Griffin, seconded by Commissioner Letz, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept setting the
date and format for a workshop on OSSF technical and 
regulatory issues. Workshop set for Monday February 26, 2001 at
4 pm.

This item is a follow-up to our last session. In addition to setting a date and time I
believe it will be helpful to try to define some parameters for discussion during the
workshop. Primarily, that this will be a discussion of technical issues and regulatory
requirements for OSSF and NOT a rehash or review of the new court order on OSSF
rules.
