The property is bordered by the Guadalupe River on the south and comprises of approximately 1.25 acres and one residence. I inspected your on site septic system on 2/2/2001 from 8:15 am till 9:00 pm. Conditions at the time were as follows: temperature was 36 degrees F, clear, sunny, light dew and no breeze. Septic tank and drainfield were inspected. Estimated that 50 feet of drainfield existed. Septic tank and drainfield was not uncovered. No noticeable failure was observed. No surfacing effluent, ponding, or puddling was observed. At the time of the inspection no noticeable odors were observed. Vegetation present was Common bermudagrass, Henbit and several species of thistles. No vegetation that would indicate a failing system was present.
