PRIMARY OR SECONDARY EVACUATION  SITE FOR KISD

On this the 26th day of February 2001,, upon motion made by
Commissioner LEtz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to authorize the use
of the Hill Country Youth Exhibition center by the Kerrville
Independent School District as a primary or secondary evacution 
site in case the nees arises.

As safety is always a concern in our schools, I request permission to use the Hill
Country Youth Exhibition Center as a primary or secondazy evaluation site in case
the need arises.
This azea features control points for law enforcement as well as an azea lazge
enough to manage student pick up when parents are not allowed at a school site.
I appreciate your consideration of this request and look forwazd to hearing from
you.
