Back up for Agenda Item, Annex Finish out.
We budgeted $60,000.00 to finish the lower annex.
Stoddard Construction should be off the job and completed in one more week.
I remind you, we are to use inmates for the constructing of the lower furish work.
We need to consider hiring an overseer for the finish work. (It has been suggested that
we wait for everyone to clear out and start with a new overseer or we can continue our
contract with Keith Longnecker.
The finish space will be for the Juvenile Probation Offices, County Treasurer, 2 offices
for the County Attorney and possibly the Computer guru.
