Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to author•ixe
contract discussions with UGRA for- inter•local agreement to
construct wastewater- collection system, and designate
Commissioner Williams and the County ,judge to r•epr•esent the
county in those discussions with UGRA.

SUBJECT: Funding Recommendations For The 2001 Colonia Construction Fund
Enclosed with this memorandum are the scores for the 2001 Texas Community Development
Program (TCDP) Colonia Construction Fund applicants and the 2001 program year preliminary
funding recommendations. The funding recommendations are based on the application
procedures and scoring criteria described on Pages P-25 through P-27 of the 2001/2002 TCDP
Application Guide.
Please review the enclosed scoring information and if you have any questions, please contact
Jeff Vistein at 512-475-3855. An applicant may appeal the scoring of an application by
following the appeal procedures described on Page P-40 of the 2001/2002 TCDP Application
Guide. However, an applicant must cite a specific procedural error committed by TDHCA staff
in the written appeal.
The preliminary funding recommendations are not official until they are approved by the
Executive Director of the Department of Housing and Community Affairs. Once approved, the
funding recommendations will be formally announced and published in the Texas Register.
Funded applicants will be notified when the grant awards are official.
