RE: MANUFACTURED HOME RENTAL CnMMLTNITIES
There is some confusion about the definition of a Manufactured Home
Rental Community where it says, "... land that is separated into two or more
spaces... that are rented..."
Does rental to a parent or child with two mobile homes on a lot constitute a
Mobile Home Rental Community?
Two examples are attached.
UGRA would like clarification as to when a septic permit could be issued.

Mr. Johnston,
Qn March 28, 2ooi we received your letter regarding a possible
development of a Mobile Home Community. We have no
intentions of starting a "Manufactured home rental community" as
defined in the KC Sub Rules & Regulations (i.o2 Definitions).
an December 26, 200o we received a permit for a septic system,
our installer, Tony Crenshaw, received a septic system construction
permit and was notified on March 27, 2001 that the permit was
delayed.
We do have two mobile homes which may be used for a guest
house or for family. We do not have two or more Manufactured
homes on one plat for rent or lease.
Enclosed is a copy of the Septic Tank License, Application # ooo-
452 and a copy of our plat.
