Any parson who is interested in the property and who wishes to protest must appear on May 1 <, 2001 et f 0:00 a.m. in Commission- ers Courtroom at Kerr County Court- house, 700 Main, Kerrvllie, Texas. This is a continuation of the Japonica Hills Property Owners organization to "clean up" the old road easements that were never developed in the subdivision. The court acted on several such easements in this subdivision last year. This should be the last one. The first step is to accept the petition of the property owners, consider and discuss the abandonment, and set a public hearing.
