ValleyOne is the owner of the Vista Ridge Estates property located 12 miles
south of Kerrville on Highway 173. We are writting this letter to request to
the Commissioner's Court that the road on the property be abandoned or
removed from Ketr County. ValleyOne is requesting this action in order to
install a security gate at the property entrance.
Property(including any improvements)
All those certain tracts or parcels of land, lying and being situated in the
County of Kerr, State of Texas and being all of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,
10, 11 and 12 of Vista Ridge Estates, a subdivision of Kerr County, Texas,
in accordance with the Plat thereof recorded in volume 7, Page 14, Plat
Records of Kerr County, Texas.
We would like this request to be put on the docket of the next meeting of the
Commissioner's Court. Please let me know if any additional information is
needed.
