Commissioner- Griffin, seconded by Commissioner- Williams, the
Co~.ir•t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to appoint
Edward North as the Solid Waste Code Enforcement Officer^
effective immediately, with his peace officer^'s license to be
carried by Constable McClure in precinct 1.

Kerr County Solid Waste is requesting the authority to hire Edward North as a Code
Enforcement Officer. This is a part-time, no benefits, appointed position that
requires approximately 16 hours per week. Constable McClure has agreed to carry
