On this the 14th day of May c001, upon motion made by
Commissioner- Griffin, seconded by Commissioner Williams, the
Co~_~r-t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to allocate
office space for• infor-mation systems support oper-ations and
for- the Information Systems Suppor^t Specialist next to the
cur-rent mainframe, and prepare a plan for- redesign of the
remaining storage space to si.ippor•t the Tax Collector-9 s Office
oper-at ions.

This agenda item is to address allocation of space as noted. The proposal will be to
allocate the space currently occupied by the mainframe computer and its associated
hardware PLUS the old storage area next to that. The old storage area will become a
hardware maintenance and storage area AND office space for the Information Systems
Support Specialist.
