I'd like to make a motion that we authorize the County Attorney's office to negotiate with landowners for potential acquisition of land, and that you can use whatever member -- that the County Attorney's office can use appropriate Commissioners to -- as you see fit to help in that process. COMMISSIONER WILLIAMS: Second. JUDGE HENNEKE: Motion by Commissioner Griffin „ second by Commissioner Williams, that the Court authorize the County Attorney's office to enter into negotiations for real estate acquisition and utilize the services of such member of the Commissioners Court as the County Attorney's office deems necessary.
