The issue presented, as I have discussed with all of you, is the meaning and interruption of the exemption of the ten (10) acre platting rule (no plat required). After talking with you I talked with Commissioner Griffin who suggested that I then talk with Commissioner Letz. They then talked and there were conversations with my client. The conclusion that has been reached is that in this situation the exemption would apply and that no plat would be required. I want to confirm these discussions and this contusion for my client's protection before he acquires the property. The attached letter is designed to accomplish that purpose. I know that you will want to discuss this with Commissioners Letz and Griffin and hopefully this letter sets forth what these discussions have been. I am providing a copy to them. If some portions of the letter need to be revised let me know. I will be available at your convenience. cc: Commissioner Griffin (Fax: 792-2218) Commissioner Letz (Fax: 792-2218) Iongcope~Fax to Johnston CONFIDENTfALITY NOTICE: Unless otherwise indicated or obvious from the nature of the r*a~~~ttal, the informadon contained in this facsimile message is attorney privileged and confidential „_ information intended for the use of the individual or entity named above.
