The completion data describes construction of the following: One public water supply well drilled to 580 Icet with 477 lineaz feet (].f.) of 10-inch i.d. pressure-cemented steel casing; 401.f. of 6-inch stainless steel rod-based screen, 7U l.f. of 6-inch i.d. steel blank and 1071.f. of gravel pack; and, A 30-horsepower submersible pump set at 483 feet deep with a design capacity of 143 g.p.m. at 466 feet total dynamic head (T.D.H.); the well is rated for126 g.p.m. yield. If you have not already done so, please contact the Region No. 13 Office at (210) 490-3096 to aaange for taking the official samples for chemical analysis by the Texas Department of Health laboratory in Austin. The Public Drinking Water Section of the TNRCC will use the results of that analysis to conduct a vulnerability assessment and develop a monitoring schedule. The ground storage tank was reduced in siu to 30,000 gallons, and the pressure tank was increased N siu to 3,000 gallons. At 200 gallons per connection the present ground storage tank will serve l5U connections (wiginal design was for 202 connections). The pressure tank will also serve ISO connexions (original design was for 125 connections). The well to save this system wu approved by your otflce on September 13, 1999.
