THIS NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN
MEETINGS ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE,
AND TITLE 5, CHAPTER 552, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 a.m. Friday, July 6,
2001, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the Commissioners' Courtroom.
CALL MEETING TO ORDER
VISITORS INPUT
Citizens wishing to speak on items NOT listed on the regular agenda, please
fill out form for consideration at this time. Citizens wishing to speak on items
LISTED on the regular agenda, please fill out request form for consideration
during discussion on that specific item. In order to expedite the flow of
business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Judge may
impose a three (3) minute limitation on any person addressing the court.
COMMISSIONERS' COMMENTS
Commissioners and/or the County Judge may use this time to recognize
achievements of persons in their Precinct or to make comments on matters not
listed on the regular agenda.
I APPROVAL AGENDA:

1.5 Approve and accept Monthly Reports.
II CONSIDERATION AGENDA: (Action may be taken on Items
listed below)
2.1 Consider and discuss the appointment of Election Judges and
Alternates for the County Elections as per Texas Election Code,
Section 32.002 for the term ending July 31, 2002. (County
Clerk)
2.2 Consider and discuss extending an invitation to South Texas
County Judges and Commissioners' Association to conduct it's
2003 meeting in Kerrville; and be the host for "Commissioners'
Night," and make a formal presentation to STCJ&CA Site
Selection Committee during it's July meeting in Beaumont.

2.3 Consider and discuss allocation of storage space in the lower
basement annex. (Commissioner Pct. #1)
2.4 Information item of questions and answers on proposed
preliminary timeline for the Kerrville South Wastewater Project;
and division of responsibilities between Kerr County,
Grantworks, UGRA, and Groves Engineering. (Commissioner
Pct. #2)
2.5 Consider and discuss creating a justice court technology fund
and requiring certain convicted defendants to pay court costs for
deposit in the fund in accordance with HB177 which the
governor recently signed. (Commissioner Pct. #4)
2.6 Consider and discuss approving and adopting an "Interim Fee
Schedule for OSSF Real Estate Transfers" to be effective from
adoption through September 30, 2001. (Commissioner Pct. #4)
2.7 Consider and discuss Resolution to request State of Texas
declare 0.028 acres in the City of Ingram surplus to the needs of
the State and to quitclaim said property to the abutting
landowner, Billy McGrew. (County Judge)
