Dear Conunissioner Gomez:
The Kerr County Commissioners' Court voted unanimously to encourage the
South Texas County Judges and Commissioners' to hold their 2003 Conference in
Kerrville, Texas. Furthermore, the Commissioners' voted to assist with putting the
conference together and to be responsible for Host Night.
Kerr County has hosted this conference in yeazs past and many will remember out
wonderful aze with fond memories.
Please use this letter as our commitment and willingness to have the conference in
Kerr County in the yeaz 2003.
