The court needs to set a schedule of fees to be charged for OSSF inspections related to
... real estate transfers. I am meeting with the DR and his staff on Monday to discuss the
program in general and to develop a set of recommended fees for the court's
consideration.
My proposal is to make these fees effective until the end of the current fiscal year. For
next year these fees -along with all of the other fees currently covered in the UGRA
contract -will be reviewed as part of the new contract for DR services.
