Commissioner Letz, seconded 6y Cninmissioner• Baldwin, the Coiart
unanimously approved 6y a vote of 4-0-0, of the correction to
the revision of plat to change the number of 97R to 07C in
Falling Water S~ahclivision, Precinct 3, as recorded in a plat
dated June c7, 2001 recorded in Volume 7 F'age 124 and icy, and
authorized Don Voelkel to make the physical number change on
the mylar itself.

Re: Falling Water Subdivision (Pct.#3) Variance Request (7/23/01 Agenda)
Due to human error on the last Falling Water Replat which resulted in two lot 97A's, I am
hereby requesting that lot 97A on Settler's Way be renumbered to lot 97C via a court
ordered variance and that no new fees be collected. (Vcelkel Engineering would change on
~^ the original mylar and take to the county clerk's office for re-recording)
