RESOLUTION
WHEREAS the South Texas County Judges' and Commissioners' Association has
recently conducted its 67`s Annual Conference meeting in Beaumont, Texas, July 9-12,
2001, and
WHEREAS the Association assembles each yeaz for the purpose of providing continuing
education and relevant information exchange opportunities for South Texas County
Judges and Commissioners, and
WHEREAS Kerr County has been a member in good standing of the South Texas County
Judges' and Commissioners' Association for many yeazs, and has hosted said conference
in Kerrville on more than one occasion, and
WHEREAS the Honorable H. A. "Buster" Baldwin, Kerr County Commissioner, has
represented Kerr County admirably for the past three yeazs by serving the Association as
2id Vice President, 1~` Vice President and has successfully concluded his term as
President this yeaz, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the Ken County Commissioners Court does hereby extend its
thanks and appreciation to Commissioner Baldwin for having devoted his time, talent and
energy over the past three years while serving in these capacities and to his wife Debbie
for her staunch support of his efforts, all of which brought honor and recognition to the
Kerr County Commissioners Court.
