This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting. at 1:30 P.M., Tuesday,
August 21, 2001, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the Commissioners' Courtroom.
CALL MEETING TO ORDER
I CONSIDERATION AGENDA: (Action may be taken on Items
listed below)
1.1 Consider and discuss report by Trott Engineers on proposals for
Radio Project; selection of preferred vender; and authorization
for Trott Engineeers to negotiate best and final price and
negotiate contract with preferred vendor for approval by
Commissioners' Court. (County Judge)
1.2 Consider and discuss retention of outside counsel to assist Kerr
County in negotiating contract with vendor for radio contract.

1.4 Consider and discuss schedule for adoption of FY02 Budget and
