unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to amend capital
outlay in Justice of the F'eace F'ct. #4, with the following:
a VCR, TV, 2 printer-s, and a chair-, to tr^ansfer^ 5902.56 from
Line Item No. 10-458-485 Conferences and to transfer 5947.44
fr^om Docket and Forms to Line Item No.ls-458-570 Capital
Outlay.

From the Non. William E. Ragsdale, Justice of the Peace,
Precinct Four, Kerr County
As the county and the State have begun using video imaging technology
in routine law enforcement and since both are submitting more video as
evidence, I am requesting that $550.00 be transferred from line item 10-
458-312 (Dockets and Forms) to line item 10-458-570 (Capital Outlay).
The funds exist within the existing budget to accomplish this.
I am also requesting approval from the Commissioners Court to
purchase the capital outlay. The item is becoming a necessity for the
operation of my Court.
