We were a little late getting to our Seal Coat Program because of unscheduled projects,
i.e., bridges, road district roads, and pazking lots. Therefore, due to the rainfall over the
past month, we have been unable to complete our Seal Coat projects. We stfll have the
following azeas that need to be completed: Greenwood Forest, Camino Real, Wilson
Ranch Road, the Middle Forest Area, Hermann Sons and the remainder of Court House
pazking.
At this time we have sufficient funds to complete the program and Court House parking.
However, it appears that we will be forced to do some of the work after Sept. 34, 2001.
We are asking the Court to allow us to continue using the currently budget funds to
complete the 2000-2001 work after October 1, 2001, if the weather does not cooperate.
