KERR COUNTY ROAD & BRIDGE MEMO Date: September 17, 2001 To: Commissiouers Court From: Franklin Johnston, P.E. RE: Final Plat of Buckhorn Lake Resort The attached Plat of Buckhorn Lake Resort was approved in May, 2000, pending completion of the F.E.M.A. flood plain study. When F.E.M.A. study was completed the plat was to be recorded. The F.E.M.A. study was to be completed by Vordenbaum Engineering (830-997-4744). ] called Stewart Vordenbaum to inquire about the status of the F.E.M.A. study. He says F.E.M.A. needs more engineering work from him to complete it, but Mr. Dee Christinson, (895-0007) owner of Buckhorn Lake Resort will not sign his contract for the additional work. At this time, I am asking the Commissioners Court to decide a course of action to resolve this matter. @S-".c-2Nlta X17 ~'d4H^' r_4'rt-' ~a- ~~' C_54< _F-;'_. _ __-x--=:. .~ ~~~ ~ C DRDER hl0. 2E3?5 ~+~17 ApPRD'JE FINRL FLAT III BUCh!HDRN LRN,E RESDR7 Cr. this the 8th day pf May ~?0@0, upon motion made by Commis=inner Griffin, seconded by Commissioner Etaldwin, the Court unanimously, by a vpte of 4-0-0, approved the Final Flat of P•i.rckhorn Lake Resort, contingent i_;pon receipt of letter from FEMA.
