Re: Proposed contract
Dear Tommy,
It is time for a renewal of our agreement for CIHCP. Enclosed is an agreement that can be
executed for up to a two year time period, an option I am offering to current clients that
affords the opportunity to lock in the current rate for an extended period. Please fill in the
desired renewal period and execute at your convenience. Aside from that item it is exactly
the same as the agreement the court approved last year.
