31, 2001. The gcrverning bodies of voting taxii~ units within tiro appraisal district nominate
directors. The Kcrr CAD Board of Directors bas five positions; it is your entity's duty to nominate
rnernbcrs that you fee/ wi// represent your entity and the taxpayers of Kerr County.

The chicfappraiser notifres the entities of the number of votes it may cast The Kerr County
Gommissioner'.s Court has 8915' votes.
Each voting entity can nominate up to Eve candidates for the positions. Your nominees must be
submitted to the Kerr Centres/ Appraises/District by October I5, 2001.
The chiefappraiscr prepares a ballot ofnonunees and submits it to die entities by October 30,
2001.
Each votng entity must then notify Kerr CAD by Novernbcr 15, 2001, after casting their allowed
~ otes for one or all candidates by written resolution. The chicfappraiscr must dean crrun[ the votes
and declare the candidates who received the largos[ vote tohals by Dcmmbcr 1, 2001. The chief
appraiser will then notify the entities and candidates ofd~c outcome.
