Kerr County Road & Bridge 4010 San Antonio Hwy Kerrville, Texas 78028 MEMO TO: Commissioners Court FROM: Franklin Johnston, P.E., County Engineer DATE: October 1, 2001 RE: Cutoff Business Pazk Cutoff Business Park drainage plan by Vordenbaum Engineering, Inc., DWGC3, shows the pre- construction and post-development flow at Nichols Creek. The numbers show approximately a four fold increase in flow in the 2, 10, and 100 year storms, respectively. I assume from their presentation, the developer is requesting a vaziance to Section 5.06B of the Kerr County Subdivision Rules & Regulations. 2. Flood plain referred to on map refers to maps dated May 1, 1979. The latest maps aze dated July 19, 2000. Verify 100-yeaz flood plain with current map. 3.
