COMMISSIONERS COURT EVALUATIONS OF DEPARTMENT HEADS AND
COUNTY PERSONNEL APPOINTED RY THE COMMISSIONERS COURT
On this the 10th day of December- 2Q01, upon mation made by
Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner 6r-iffin, the
Court unanimously approved;ky a vote of 4-0-0, to adopt the
proced~xr^e that the evaluations of the non-elected department
heads or^ other individuals appointed or^ employed dir^ectly by
the Commissioners Cour^t will be conducted in a workshop in the
month of January, following receipt of all prior to the
evaluation, and that any personnel action that's required as
a result of the evaluations will not be taken at the
workshop, but will be scheduled far- a separate Commissioners
Court meeting.
