SEX OFFENDER FEDERAL GRANT
On this 21st day of December 2001, ~.~pon motion made by
Commissioner Let z, seconded by Commissioner Griffin, the
Court unanimously approve by a vote of 4-0-0, to increase the
budget by the amount of 449,931.20, to accept the grant to be
disbursed according to the line items contained in the budget
amendment request from the Auditor.

Kerr County has been awarded a federal grant from the Office of Justice Programs entitled Hill Counhy
Sex Oft'ender Management for $49,931.20. Dwight Sadler at the Juvenile Detention Facility is grant
manager.
I am requesting that the budget be amended for the receipt and expenditure of those funds as authorized by
paragraph 111.0106 Local Government Code.
