Commissioner Gr-i Ffin, seconded by Commissioner- Let z, the Coi_ir•t
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, with respect to the
10-acre tract owned by Allen Rr•own, located of Goat Creek
Road, part of the Van Hoosier' Ranch, to gr^ant variance to the
certification by the Headwater- Gr^oundwater Management
Distr-ict, as well as the Upper^ G~_iadal~_ipe River- A~_~thority, and
as well as the preliminary plat r•equir•ement, and approve the
plat, subject to presentation to the County Judge of the
appropriate mylar• signed off by 911 and TexDot.

Mr. Johnston,
I am requesting to be on the Kerr County Court's agenda on December 21~,
2001. I am asking for a variance of the Kerr County`s Subdivision Rules and
Regulations.
The five acres I am selling is located off Goat Creek Rd, originally part of the Van
Hoosier Ranch. I own ten acres, sold by meets and bounds, and have already
had 5.0 acres surveyed to sell. The property already has electrical easements, is
not in the 100 year flood plain, and already meets the wunty's water and septic
guidelines by acreage. No roads are necessary as the property has 600 foot of
county road frontage.
County Commissioner Larry Griffin has said he would recommend a variance.
Commissioner John Letz is writing a revision for future approval to make sales
such as mine less cumbersome. Please let me know if anything else will be
required for the Commissioners meeting on December 21 .
