I am asking for a variance of the Kerr County`s Subdivision Rules and Regulations. The five acres I am selling is located off Goat Creek Rd, originally part of the Van Hoosier Ranch. I own ten acres, sold by meets and bounds, and have already had 5.0 acres surveyed to sell. The property already has electrical easements, is not in the 100 year flood plain, and already meets the wunty's water and septic guidelines by acreage. No roads are necessary as the property has 600 foot of county road frontage. County Commissioner Larry Griffin has said he would recommend a variance. Commissioner John Letz is writing a revision for future approval to make sales such as mine less cumbersome.
