Barron, Manager Environmental Health & Safety Division Date: December 13, 2001 To: Jonathan Letz, Kerr County Commissioner, Pct. 3 RE: Signature Block for Preliminary & Final Plats I propose we add the wording shown below to the Kerr County Subdivision Rules & Regulations Appendix B (2)(b), as this will allow the designated representafive's signature block to reflect the requirements of the new Kerr County OSSF Order. These tracks >~ be exempt from the on-site sewage facility (OSSF) permitting process. Prior tc construction the owner or their agent must contact the Authorized Agent to determine if the proposed improvement(s) will meet the exemption criteria. This subdivision is hereby required to abide by all current or future on-site sewage facility regulations approved by the Authorized Agent.
