On this the 14th day of January X002, upon motion made by
Commissioner- 6r-iffin, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin the
Coiar-t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to r-enew the
lease with Nr•.F'r^io~_ir• on the West Y.er-r^ County Annex, and at a
monthly r^ate of 5450.00 a month and m~_ilti-year^ term, and
authorize Commissioner- 6r^iffin to negotiate the final details
and briny it back t the Court for final appr-oval.
