It will be sent to "Postal Customer" not an actual name. She say's for us to send her the Judge's signature and she will scan it into her system for mailing. you, f ,, z W~ , JOINT NOTIFICATION LETTER FROM KERR COUNTY 9-1-1 AND THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE POSTAL CUSTOMER UNITED ST4TE5 Pt7ST/~L SERVICE,.. Kerr County, in support of the Enhanced 9-1-1 Emergency System, has implemented city style addressing in your area. This action is under the Senate Bill 1091 that amended the County Road and Bridges Act that requires use of your physical address assigned by Kerr County. This letter serves as official notification that your 9-1-1 address has been converted to be your mailing address. New addresses will eliminate the need to change route and box addresses as postal routes are realigned in response to population changes. Effective immediately, you should begin using your new address shown below. Notify your correspondents and publishers of your new mailing address. Mail addressed to your old address will continue to be delivered for 12 months from the date you roccive this letter. This is deemed a reasonable time to exhaust the current stationery on hand and to notify cortespondents of your new address. YOUR NEW MAILING AND 9-1-I ADDRESS, INCLUDING THE ZIP+4 CODE IS: Please post your new address on each side of your mailbox. The letters and numbers should be at least one inch (1") high and placed on the side of the box which the mail carrier sees as he/she approaches. If a number of boxes are gouped together, please show the street address on the door of the box. We recommend that you display this address on your house or driveway/entrance with three inch (3") or larger reflective numbers for emergency services personnel to locate you faster in case of an emergency. Only one address can be placed on a mail receptacle. If more than one family (with different addresses) is receiving mail at a common receptacle, families must either se[ up one mailbox per family or choose one address for that receptacle. If families decide not to put up their own box, mail must be addressed in caze of that receptacle. For example, Jce Smith lives at 134 OAK ST. His neighbor, Bill Jones, lives at 123 ELM LN, but receives mail in Mr. Smith's mailbox. Mr. Jones' mail must be addressed as c/o 134 OAK ST. If you have questions on the assignment of your physical address, contact the Kerr County Office. Questions concerning mail service may he directed to your postmaster.
