Many changes are forthcoming re voting precincts, i.e., changes in voting precinct number, geographical changes (taking a block of voters from one geographical area and placing them into another), changes in voting locations, new voting locations, etc., to warrant discussing a plan to advise Kerr County voters of these changes.
