November 25, 2002 quarterly evening Commissioners Court meetings to an Eastern and Western
location in Kerr County, and appoint Commissioners Williams and Griffin to arrange for the
specific locations in their respective precincts.

Legislation was adopted in the last legislature permitting counties to conduct
business in locations within the county other than the courthouse. Perhaps
the court would consider favorably convening two of the four quarterly
evening meetings at an eastern and western location, thereby providing
citizens, who otherwise might be unable to attend a meeting in Kerrville, an
opportunity to see their county government in action.
