IN OCTOBER FOR KERB COUNTY FRIR
On this the 11th day of February c@@c, upon motion made by
Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Letz, the
Gour•t unanimously approved by a vote of 3-@-@, to a~athor•ize a
5-year lease with the Y.er•r• County Fair- Association for^ the
fourth weekend in Octobar•, with the first year of such 5-year
lease being fir^m, and the remaining year^s subject to
confirmation by the Court, with the Fair• Rsspciation to
provide the specifics of the lease to the Co~_inty Attorney's
office for prepar^ation of the documents before approved by the
Court.
